Lavitz sat in his chair as he waited for the man to return. He had come in response to a page he found about a job close by. It was simple bandit hunting, but Lavitz had no problems with that. Now he waited in the mans office. He ran a small stream of caravans that was on a constant stream around Elibe. Considering Sacae's only real business was warring within itself, the need for goods in the town was high; the ore's from the mines of Bern could be shipped past it's borders; herds and grains from Lycia; tropical fruit from Nabata; wines, grapes, and other fruits from Etruria, paper and syrup from Illia. When the man was sprawled on the floor, he sat back down and said, "You better start making it up to me very fast. I didn't come to a city to be thrown in a cell on my first day, do you understand? If there's a way I can place you into a cell myself, I will." He sipped the whiskey. It actually tasted good. There was the issue of him paying for it however.
